Staff Information Security Engineer

Overview:

• Rithum embeds AI across operations, and security is no exception.
• This role owns the intersection of AI adoption and information security, building guardrails and automated tooling.

Responsibilities:

• Bridge architectural intent and operational reality, mediating security and feasibility tradeoffs.
• Implement policy-as-code security controls, including those governing AI tool and model usage.
• Automate security workflows and build AI-assisted security agents with human-in-the-loop approvals.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of security engineering with demonstrated AI/ML security depth.
• Hands-on expertise with identity, cloud security, and infrastructure-as-code.
• Experience with OWASP, threat modeling, and SOC 2/ISO 27001 frameworks.
