Indigo Research Mentor

Mentorship Responsibilities:

• Mentor high school students through end-to-end research projects, from topic selection to final submission.
• Provide structured academic guidance on research design, methodology, analysis, and writing.
• Deliver regular feedback on drafts, progress, and academic outputs over multi-month engagements.

Requirements:

• PhD candidate, postdoctoral researcher, lecturer, or professor with top-tier university affiliation.
• Demonstrated research output such as publications, conference contributions, or thesis work.
• Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or academic mentoring at the undergraduate or high school level.
