About the Role:
- We are seeking a self-motivated, organized, and adaptable Coordinator to work part-time in our Research Scholars Program.
- You will help high school students explore academic interests through mentorship-driven research experiences.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Must be a U.S. citizen currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at a U.S. institution.
- Serve as a liaison between students and families, creating learning content and analyzing feedback.
- Able to work 15-20 hours per week, including non-traditional hours, and collaborate remotely.
Qualifications:
- Excellent time management, organizational skills, and strong emotional intelligence.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions.
- Creative problem solver with a bias towards thoughtful action and achieving results.
