Primary Function of Position:
- The Global Customer Insights Intern supports primary market research studies and analyses to identify marketplace opportunities and reduce business decision-making risk.
- This individual will help confirm research objectives, identify target audiences, determine methodology, design surveys, manage projects, and analyze data.
Essential Job Duties:
- Assist the GCI team in business partner consultation and refining research objectives.
- Develop study reports and presentation decks for business partners.
- Mine data from various studies for insights and seek opportunities to grow as a market researcher.
Qualifications:
- Must be currently enrolled in an accredited degree-seeking program and available to work 15 hours per week from mid-September through late May.
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience with data analysis, primary research methods, and proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SPSS.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and willingness to learn new skills like Qualtrics.
