Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coach assigned students from first class to program completion through proactive service and outreach.
  • Provide comprehensive responses regarding transfer credit, transcripts, and registration processes.
  • Maintain metrics for speed to response and high-quality customer service.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and one year of customer service experience with heavy phone volume.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Preferred experience in higher education admissions, advising, or call center environments.

Working Conditions:

  • 100% remote role with equipment provided by UMGC.
  • Must have broadband internet with Ethernet connection and speeds of at least 25 Mbps.
  • May require evening, weekend, and holiday hours based on business needs.
