Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

The Senior Quality Assurance Specialist will define and lead QA strategy and best practices across web and mobile products. This includes designing and maintaining robust test plans and test cases for new features and regression coverage. This person will lead execution of manual and automated testing across platforms and releases. They will own defect lifecycle management, from discovery to resolution, using tools such as Jira. The candidate will support testing of critical fintech features including wallet integration, payments, KYC, and Solana blockchain-based transactions. They will monitor and improve test coverage, performance, and release stability metrics and mentor and support junior QA testers or external contributors.
