Scrum Master/Development Manager

As Scrum Master and Development Manager you’ll ensure that each sprint delivers measurable value. You’ll refine agile processes for speed, quality, and predictability while also directly managing and developing the team. Your leadership will help embed data-driven decision making, foster ownership and accountability, and accelerate effectiveness and productivity. Team Leadership & Management: Manage, mentor, and support the development team, fostering a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement. Set clear expectations and help team members stretch beyond minimum workload to achieve meaningful outcomes. Collaborate closely with Product and technical leads to align capacity, priorities, and delivery timelines. Proactively identify skill gaps and resource needs to strengthen team capabilities. Agile Delivery & Process Excellence: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions. Maintain agile cadence and ensure all user stories are well-defined and accurately tracked in Azure DevOps. Define and maintain delivery metrics and translate insights into concrete improvements. Operational Improvement & Innovation: Identify and address delivery bottlenecks across engineering, QA, and release management. Coach team members in agile principles and servant leadership. Champion and measure the impact of generative AI tools to accelerate productivity.
