Senior Social Media Manager

Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and implement a global social media strategy across organic and paid platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube, setting clear goals and metrics for success.
• Manage agency partnerships, guiding daily operations including content calendar creation, approvals, scheduling, and execution of paid campaigns to align with marketing objectives.
• Create engaging campaigns that support Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Events, and International Marketing efforts, ensuring consistent brand messaging.

Collaboration and Optimization:

• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, PR, and Evangelist teams to plan thought leadership content and maintain brand voice across all social channels.
• Analyze social media performance using web and analytics tools to evolve strategies, optimize engagement, and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.
• Stay informed on social media trends, design tools, and platform updates to keep strategies innovative and effective in a fast-paced environment.

Operational Leadership:

1. Oversee community management for active social channels and craft landing pages with lead generation forms for content distribution.

2. Lead agile project management initiatives to enhance campaign efficiency and maintain internal documentation of social best practices.

3. Balance multiple priorities, demonstrating exceptional communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills while thriving in a dynamic team setting.
