Job Description
As Head of Cloud, you are responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of our Business Unit and create a positive working atmosphere with open communication. You are responsible for the strategic development of the Business Unit and focus on the design of the portfolio as well as professional support in presales. You coach, train and motivate your existing team, conduct regular employee/feedback discussions and are responsible for team building and development in collaboration with the P&C team. As part of the management team, you support the managing director in planning, process design and personnel development and actively drive business development for your business unit. You take on independent project responsibility in the area of cloud operations and manage to create a balance between customer projects and management responsibility.
