Job Description
Design and manage behavior-driven, cross-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, in-app, etc.) to drive enrollment, improve program engagement, and reduce churn, helping members achieve their goals. You will leverage behavioral, demographic, and outcomes data to create personalized messaging and audience segments that resonate with diverse member groups, including new enrollees, long-tenure members, and those requiring re-engagement. Develop and execute experimentation roadmaps, conducting rigorous A/B testing to improve funnel performance and campaign effectiveness. Analyze results against key metrics, deliver regular reports, and provide actionable insights to refine strategies and maximize impact on enrollment, retention, and engagement.
