About You:
- 3–5 years of substantive, hands-on corporate experience in client-facing roles.
- General corporate representation, entity formation and corporate governance
- Commercial contract drafting and negotiation
Compensation & Opportunity:
- Full-time engagement expectation.
- Associates take home a base salary, and are eligible for production bonuses starting at 1,250 billed hours annually.
