Accountabilities:
- Liaise between the Investment Team, company management and Value Creation Team.
- Contribute operational context to Board updates and LLR reporting.
- Orchestrate support between management and stakeholders.
Drive Execution:
- Develop and deliver tailored Value Creation Plans.
- Drive accountability across management and functional owners.
- Support execution where initiatives lag.
Monitor Performance:
- Track performance and activity, and flag issues early.
- Develop/refine dashboards with management to track key metrics.
- Monitor financial and operating metrics to diagnose underperformance.
