The Role:
- Serve as a leader within the LLR VCT, owning the strategy function.
- Work closely with other VCT leaders to accelerate growth across the portfolio.
- Enable LLR’s portfolio companies to make data-driven strategic decisions.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Continuously develop the strategy function within the VCT.
- Work with the VCT, LLR investment teams, and portfolio leadership to implement key strategic initiatives.
- Support investment teams during commercial diligence for new platform and add-on investments.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm and/or operational experience leading strategy in a corporate setting.
- Experience in a high growth, lower middle market environment preferred; direct experience with SaaS or highly recurring revenue business models required.
- Proven ability to work closely with CXOs and independently run strategic planning workshops.
