Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to drive enterprise strategy formulation, long-range planning, and annual operating planning.
- Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps with measurable KPIs and milestones.
- Monitor execution against corporate priorities and proactively identify risks or bottlenecks.
Quantitative Modeling & Analysis:
- Build and maintain complex financial and operational models (e.g., growth scenarios, capital allocation, M&A cases, pricing strategy).
- Conduct rigorous analysis to support strategic investments and trade-off decisions.
Program & Project Leadership:
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives on behalf of the CEO.
- Establish governance structures, operating cadences, and accountability frameworks that are nimble and agile.
- Drive alignment across product, GTM, services delivery, finance, and operations functions.
