Technical Program/Delivery Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional planning and dependency management across teams, including integrations, environments, security/network reviews, and release coordination.
• Coordinate priorities and capacity: ensure a steady pipeline of ready work, align assignments with technical leads, and maintain delivery flow.
• Support ROM estimates and planning by coordinating inputs from engineering/architecture; document assumptions, constraints, dependencies, and risks.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in technology delivery roles such as Technical Delivery Lead or Technical Program Lead.
• Proven ability to lead through influence and coordinate work across engineering, architecture, security, and operations.
• Strong executive communication: ability to present status, tradeoffs, and recommendations to drive timely decisions.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident and able to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
• Must have lived in the US for the past 5 years with no more than 6 months travel outside the US.
• Experience with work management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, and producing delivery artifacts such as RAID logs and milestones.
