About the Job:
- Set the data and analytics roadmap, partnering with Engineering on infrastructure and single source of truth.
- Drive AI reporting and analytics, using tools like Claude to help management teams quickly analyze performance.
- Lead guest analytics across app, ordering, subscriptions, and loyalty, connecting digital and in-cafe behavior.
You Are:
- A hands-on analytics leader who enjoys turning data into decisions.
- An exceptional cross-functional partner from cafe leaders to executives.
- A clear communicator who makes complex analysis simple.
You Have:
- 6+ years in analytics, data science, or business intelligence, ideally in hospitality, retail, or food and beverage.
- Expert SQL and experience with modern data and BI tools and ERP/Planning systems.
- Experience using AI tools and experiment design with POS, loyalty, or digital ordering data.
