About the Role:
- Own the hands-on building of our test automation framework.
- Work with modern AI test-writing agents to expand coverage.
Responsibilities:
- Convert regression suites into automated tests.
- Maintain fixtures, selectors, and reusable components.
- Triage flaky tests and optimize CI pipelines.
Qualifications:
- Significant QA automation experience.
- Strong JavaScript or Python skills.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and Docker is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $150K-$210K salary plus health insurance and equity.
- Remote within the United States.
