Product Designer

As the first full-time designer, you will lead the design of intuitive, user-centric product interfaces, while also shaping our website, marketing, and sales assets. You will collaborate with engineers, drive improvements to our website and sales deck, and refine our product through user engagement and strategy. You will also conduct user research and turn insights into actionable design improvements, develop and maintain a consistent visual identity and design system across platforms, and implement high-quality user interfaces. You will handle messaging and visual storytelling for external-facing content and support BD and leadership with custom visuals for investor updates, customer proposals, and events. A self-starter mindset is required to build systems and standards from the ground up, and the role involves willingness to travel to talk to customers.
