Principal Data Engineer

We're looking for our first Principal Data Engineer to design, build, and own our data ecosystem from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to lay the foundation for our entire data strategy and directly influence how we use data to drive decisions across the company and build data-driven product capabilities. You'll be a hands-on developer and a strategic partner, collaborating with leadership and engineering teams to turn raw data into a valuable asset. This role reports directly to the VP of Engineering. You will architect the Data Ecosystem, lead vendor selection, deploy and own, demonstrate hands-on development, and collaborate strategically. We're targeting someone with 8-10+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, with a proven track record of architecting and building scalable data platforms.
