Compliance Expert (FTC - 12 Months)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations, SMCR, and Consumer Duty.
• Provide guidance and feedback to mortgage and insurance teams on file reviews.
• Monitor first and second line compliance, and conduct due diligence on third parties.

Qualifications Required:

• Strong understanding of compliance disciplines and data protection.
• Experience in regulated environments with a detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills.

Work Environment:

• Remote-first with international remote working up to 20 days.
