Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in communications, content strategy, journalism, or a closely related field.
- Exceptional writing and editorial judgment across formats, with ability to translate complex ideas into compelling communications.
- Experience building relationships with journalists, external partners, and senior stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop the communications function, managing a team of 3-4 people and maintaining high editorial standards.
- Drive an integrated communications strategy aligned to Educate!’s fundraising priorities across four priority revenue segments.
- Set and manage a high editorial bar for all content, including media relations, thought leadership, and storytelling.
