About the Role:
- Serve as technical authority for .NET modernization initiative.
- Own modernization strategy and establish technical standards.
- Guide a team of consultants through large-scale conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead modernization strategy and establish migration patterns.
- Perform hands-on modernization of complex components.
- Review and approve work completed by staff consultants.
Required Qualifications:
- Expert-level C# with modern language features.
- Extensive experience migrating from .NET Framework to .NET 8.
- Hands-on experience with .NET Upgrade Assistant and related tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS Certifications and experience with monolithic applications.
- Prior experience decomposing monolithic architectures into services.
