Senior Accessibility QA

As a Senior Accessibility QA, you will lead accessibility testing initiatives for web and mobile applications, ensuring compliance with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) and ADA standards. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will integrate accessibility best practices throughout the development cycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables that enhance user experiences.

Key responsibilities include leading accessibility testing initiatives on web and mobile applications, designing and maintaining automated testing frameworks using Java and relevant tools, collaborating with developers and designers, and conducting reviews to identify accessibility barriers. Mentoring junior QA team members and advocating for accessibility through training sessions are also key aspects of the role.
