Roles perform manual and automated testing, execute user acceptance testing (UAT), reproduce defects, validate accessibility requirements, and verify system functionality across development environments. The QA / 508 / Test Engineers ensure secure, reliable, and compliant application delivery by partnering with developers, system engineers, product teams, and accessibility specialists to validate features before deployment. These positions are fully remote.

As a Senior Accessibility QA, you will lead accessibility testing initiatives for web and mobile applications, ensuring compliance with WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) and ADA standards. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will integrate accessibility best practices throughout the development cycle, ensuring high-quality deliverables that enhance user experiences.

Apply your QA process knowledge to create comprehensive test cases, identifying and covering all relevant business rules within user stories, and write and execute manual and automated test scenarios, encompassing both positive and negative flows. Conduct accessibility testing to ensure our products meet WCAG guidelines and are usable by individuals with disabilities including evaluating for screen reader compatibility, keyboard navigation, and sufficient color contrast. Design and execute performance tests to assess application responsiveness, stability, and scalability under various load conditions. Identify performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations for optimization.
