Job Description
The QA / 508 / Test Engineer will: Develop and execute manual and automated test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Perform functional , regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing. Reproduce defects, document root cause indicators, and validate fixes. Validate accessibility compliance against Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA standards. Perform cross-browser, cross-device, and responsive UI testing. Verify API functionality, error handling, and backend service interactions. Maintain testing documentation including test results, traceability matrices, and defect logs. Collaborate with developers and product owners to refine acceptance criteria and test scenarios. Support automation framework updates and contribute new automated test scripts. Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement, and reviews. Provide recommendations for improving test coverage, quality processes, and release readiness.
