Job Description
VSC Fire & Security is seeking a Sprinkler Designer II to design, coordinate, and submit Fire Protection drawings, hydraulic calculations, seismic brace calculations, and material/equipment schedules. The role involves stocking listing projects for fabrication and approving fabrication quotes. This person will integrate other mechanical systems for successful coordination, ensure compliance with NFPA standards, and communicate with the Design Manager and Field Superintendent. The designer will produce shop lists, assist in training less experienced designers, and maintain Risk Management and Safety procedures.
