Performance Engineer (Junior)

Role Purpose:

• Contribute to successful delivery of performance testing across client projects and execute performance engineering activities across the software delivery lifecycle.
• Apply agreed tools, standards, and approaches to ensure high-quality outcomes and build a foundation for progression within the Performance practice.
• Develop technical, consultancy, and client-facing skills within a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to performance testing activities across multiple projects and delivery phases, developing and executing performance tests from initiation to go-live.
• Use agreed performance testing tools effectively, analyse results, investigate issues, and produce clear test plans, approaches, and reports to support delivery decisions.
• Work collaboratively within delivery teams, communicate clearly with colleagues and clients, and deliver dependable professional services that build client confidence.

Development & Culture:

• Actively develop performance engineering skills and technical capability, building knowledge of industry-standard tools, platforms, and engineering methods.
• Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture, show curiosity about emerging trends, and demonstrate company values through behavior, teamwork, and client interactions.
