As a Senior Performance Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in performance issue analysis and optimization, ensuring systems scale efficiently to meet growing business demands in a fast-paced CI/CD environment,designing and executing load and performance testing strategies, investigating performance issues, collaborating with developers, and providing actionable optimization recommendations.

Leverage expertise in performance testing of enterprise SaaS applications to validate the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of product components. Define best practices and be the domain expert in performance testing across front-end, back-end, and API endpoints at Jitterbit. Establish and maintain performance test environments and assets across various supported configurations and cloud infrastructures. Collaborate with Development teams, providing valuable feedback to identify potential performance bottlenecks.

As a Performance Engineer, you will be a key member of the Product Quality Engineering team driving improvements in performance, scalability and reliability of our products and services. You will work within our agile software development process and will certify products for release readiness for performance, scalability and reliability and will carry out performance benchmarking for our products & services at global scale.
