HighLevel is looking for a passionate SDET3 for its Full-time remote engineering team in India to ensure that new releases for features, enhancements, or new products meet strict standards of quality & consistency. You will have the final say on the correctness, reliability & consistency of our builds.

The Consultant Test Lead will lead a major programme of work, liaising directly with key stakeholders while ensuring smooth collaboration between onshore and offshore testing teams; taking ownership of test governance and overseeing functional system and integration test phases.

We are looking for a hands-on QA Lead with strong experience in manual testing and team management to lead a small team (1-2 manual QAs), collaborate with leadership on updates and escalations, and plan testing strategies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in software testing lifecycles, regression, usability, and performance testing, along with proficiency in database management and AWS Lambda functions.

This role supports a Stress Testing Platform and Market Risk Batch project, integral to risk platform enhancement and stress testing workstreams within the financial services domain; responsible for leading QA processes for financial market applications and ensuring the highest standards of functionality, security, and performance.

This technical role is focused on enhancing the development process through automation testing of product features, bugs, and enhancements, requiring a solid understanding of the firm’s business and product development lifecycle. The role involves designing and writing high-quality tests, creating tooling to assist manual QA, reporting bugs, and reviewing product requirements. The individual must be driven to achieve results and be proactive.

Our Engineering team creates innovative product experiences that power personalized marketing at massive scale. In this role, you’ll collaborate with engineering teams across the organization, as well as executive leadership, to standardize and automate testing practices. You'll work closely with platform engineers to enhance test visibility and coverage insights, ensuring engineers have fast, actionable feedback loops integrated seamlessly into their development workflow.
