Post-Production Coordinator

About the Role:

• Support the post-production workflow from footage arrival to final delivery.
• Organize project information, coordinate editor assignments, and communicate creative direction and deadlines.
• Keep videos moving through internal and client review, revisions, and final approval.

• Manage end-to-end post-production, ensuring projects stay on schedule from editor assignment through final delivery.
• Coordinate editors by communicating project expectations, creative direction, and ensuring they have all necessary materials.
• Build and manage production schedules, assign editing work, and proactively remove bottlenecks to keep projects on track.

Who You Are And What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years as a Production Coordinator or 4+ years in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects using tools like monday.com, Slack, and Frame.io.
