Senior Engineer - Technical Leadership or Architect Track

This is a hands-on role for someone ready to own architectural decisions, guide technical direction, and work directly with the CTO to elevate our engineering practices. You’ll collaborate with a mature engineering team, make key system-level decisions, and ensure our platform remains secure, scalable, and maintainable. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a Tech Lead or Architect role while staying close to the code. Specific responsibilities include designing and maintaining scalable backend systems and APIs using Python (Django), and contributing to architecture and technical design discussions.
