- Contribute to the reusable orchestration framework with framework-level commits within nine months.
- Own a production agent within six months, paired with the Lisbon Agentic Engineer for handover.
Technical Requirements:
- Three to six years of experience shipping production AI systems beyond notebooks.
- Hands-on experience with major agent frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, or AutoGen.
- Production fluency with observability tools such as LangSmith, Helicone, or Arize.
- Strong Python or TypeScript skills, plus cloud deployment and Docker expertise.
