Responsibilities:
- Support the onboarding of new groups from application to enrollment and manage annual benefits renewals.
- Utilize multiple channels to provide proactive support and resolve customer issues, keeping detailed records in Salesforce.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales and a positive, optimistic personality with strong customer empathy.
- A Life and Health Insurance license or the ability to obtain one within 3 months of employment.
Compensation and Work Environment:
