New Product Manager

Develop and optimize global payroll payments solutions, collaborating with Design and Engineering to create intuitive and user-friendly payment flows. This role involves working with product teams across Remote to ensure salary payments happen on time. Critical aspects include seamless integration with third-party payment providers and partnering with compliance and legal teams to ensure all payment features meet regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payment networks, regulatory requirements, and experience integrating payment service providers. They should also demonstrate the ability to thrive in a startup environment, influencing company-wide metrics through product decisions. Must write and speak fluent English.
