As a Reputation & Community Engagement Specialist, you’ll own reputation and community management across Reddit, review platforms, social channels, and public forums, ensuring Super.com’s voice is consistent, authentic, and trusted wherever customers engage with them. This work is both reactive, responding to high-impact reviews and mentions quickly and effectively, but also proactive, shaping narratives, building credibility assets, and creating outreach programs. This is a hands-on role that blends community moderation, review management, and narrative control.
You’ll collaborate closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Social Media, and Product teams, ensuring every public touchpoint reflects trust and transparency. You’ll be part of a mission-aligned team with specific goals and a strong focus on initiatives that carry high visibility across the company. The mission is to turn every review, comment, and community thread into an opportunity to build trust and influence the conversation, making Super.com a brand that customers see as reliable, credible, and customer-first.
