Job Description
The Remote Mortgage Advisor is responsible for providing mortgages to FORUM's existing member base and non-member referrals. Daily responsibilities consist of originating residential mortgage loans, conducting mortgage application interviews, and developing and maintaining contacts in the real estate industry to generate additional mortgage loans. The advisor ensures all client contact and disclosures are compliant with regulations, develops proficiency in lending guidelines, and ensures a smooth mortgage process by pre-qualifying applicants and counseling members. The selected candidate must be located in Indiana.
