Job Description
Manage an individual caseload of a minimum of 20-24 attended client sessions per week. Provide weekly supervision to a maximum of four (4) supervisees and support supervisees in facilitating and documenting proper assessments, recommendations, and referrals, if needed. Review and sign supervisees notes ensuring proper documentation and billing is facilitated. Approve biweekly clinical hours recorded by therapy team, time off requests, and other requests that may be submitted.
Follow IDFPR guidelines for supervision requirements and maintain clinical supervisor training requirements for licensure. Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health conditions through individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy that is evidence-based and clinically appropriate. Participate in CEU and Didactic training program to facilitate growth and mastery of skill set in an identified area of specialty. Participate in supplemental services and program development opportunities in the clinic, including but not limited to group therapy, blog writing, additional training opportunities.
