Senior Product Designer

The Role:

• We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who can own the design function at Floret end-to-end.
• You'll shape user journeys and workflows across a complex financial platform.
• This is a high-ownership, high-autonomy role on a small team.

What You'll Do:

• Own user journeys and product workflows, map end-to-end flows for deduction management, accounting sync, and trade promotion management.
• Extend and evolve the design system, building on the existing component library to create a cohesive design language.
• Drive the product design process from problem definition through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity specs.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of professional product design experience with a track record of designing complex SaaS products end-to-end.
• Strong command of interaction design, information architecture, and user flow mapping.
• Fluency in AI design tools and a product mindset that designs for users, not pixels.
