New Venue Activation Procurement Operations Specialist

Support the end-to-end procurement process for launching and activating new venues across the enterprise. This role ensures seamless integration of procurement systems, supplier enablement, operational readiness, and process compliance to meet tight timelines and deliver high-quality outcomes for venue openings. This position requires strong project coordination skills, a hands-on approach to procurement operations, and deep familiarity with Source-to-Pay platforms such as Coupa. Responsibilities include venue launch procurement support, supplier and system enablement, operational readiness, process and compliance support and cross-functional collaboration.
