Responsibilities:
- Analyze millions of chaos engineering experiments to identify failure patterns and resilience signals.
- Pretrain and fine-tune ML models that automatically detect, classify, and explain failures.
- Build intelligent systems for automated remediation recommendations and orchestration.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience building and productionizing machine learning, ideally for distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with causal inference, graph ML, time-series modeling, or reinforcement learning.
- Experience building data pipelines and feature stores for both offline training and real-time inference.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range $220,000 - $290,000 per year.
- Total compensation includes 401(k) matching, equity, and flexible time off.
