Head of AI

What You Will Do:

• Define and execute AI strategy, partnering with executive leadership to define AssetWatch's AI-native vision, operating model, and roadmap.
• Lead the AI and Data Science organization, building, developing, and retaining high-performing data scientists, ML engineers, and AI engineers.
• Run intake, prioritization, and governance, establishing guardrails for AI tools and models without slowing adoption.

What We Are Looking For:

• 10+ years leading AI, machine learning, data science, or adjacent technical teams with a proven track record in strategy.
• Hands-on fluency with modern AI and data science, including production ML, MLOps, and LLMs.
• Strong business and leadership skills, connecting technical work to customer value, revenue impact, and risk reduction.

Nice To Have:

• Background in industrial technology, predictive maintenance, manufacturing, IoT, or condition monitoring.
• Experience with time-series data, signal processing, anomaly detection, or sensor-driven products.
• Experience with AWS, MLOps tooling, cloud data platforms, and enterprise SaaS integrations.
