Role Overview:
- This is a contractor role for an experienced Engineering Coach working with clients on technical and career growth.
- Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver high-quality support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach core engineering design, CAD, and technical skills while strengthening problem-solving abilities.
- Guide clients through certification requirements, project management, and emerging AI tools.
- Provide career coaching including resume review, interview prep, networking strategy, and salary negotiation.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience in engineering as a practicing engineer, technical lead, or industry professional.
- Strong track record of solving complex technical problems with a structured coaching approach.
- Passion for helping people achieve ambitious career and educational goals.
