Job Description
The Call Center Representative will facilitate the patient referral process by coordinating with offices on verification and financial counseling. They will communicate the referral process to patients in a customer-centric manner. The representative will ensure that all insurance verifications/prior authorizations are completed, and all documentation and data are completed and entered accurately. They will also maintain a log for all incoming calls, return referral inquiries, and educate prospective patients, families, and physicians regarding available services. Serving as a liaison between clinical and marketing staff will also be a key responsibility.
