How It Works:

• You will complete a 25-minute remote survey covering your organization's approach to pharmacy benefits.
• The questions will walk through your vendor selection criteria, contract negotiation priorities, and ongoing performance management.
• You will evaluate different strategic scenarios and rank the factors most important to your decision-making process.
