We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Staff Data Analyst to be a key partner to our executive and Go-to-Market (GTM) leadership teams. In this role, you will be responsible for turning complex data into actionable insights that directly influence sales strategy, GTM execution, and business growth. You will own the analytical framework for measuring the health of our customer acquisition, growth, and retention motions. This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to clearly communicate a metric-driven narrative to a wide range of stakeholders.
You will unlock value in our sales motions by leaning in with curiosity to investigate sales trends, conversion rates, levers, by channels, segments, partners, geos, customer size, etc. You will offer insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide timely alerts on significant changes, anomalies, or performance gaps. You will proactively lead deep-dive analyses on critical business questions, such as sales motion effectiveness, market segmentation, and pricing strategy. You will actively support the sales team in better understanding their go-to-market motion results, staffing capacity planning, product requirements, and improving sales efficiency.
