Veterinary PIMS Implementation Specialist

Vetcove is seeking a Veterinary PIMS Implementation Specialist with deep in-clinic experience and unmatched expertise in veterinary Practice Information Management Systems (PIMS). In this role, you'll be the go-to expert on our platform, responsible for resolving the most complex implementation and clinical inquiries and ensuring that both clinics and internal teams are set up for success. You’ll serve as the primary escalation point for the Implementation and Support teams, offer hands-on guidance for transitioning workflows from legacy systems, and own the creation of internal and client-facing documentation. Your role is both strategic and operational—you’ll shape how our platform is adopted and how implementation is scaled across the business.
