Job Description
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them through the successful implementation, adoption, and expansion of Poka’s platform. Build and nurture strong relationships with site champions, plant leaders, and key stakeholders across enterprise and mid-market accounts. Translate customer challenges into practical, scalable solutions, collaborating closely with Product, Support, and Account Management teams. Monitor customer health, proactively identifying risks and opportunities to ensure long-term success. Partner with Account Managers to uncover and support growth opportunities. Develop deep expertise in Poka’s platform and manufacturing best practices to continuously evolve how we deliver value to our customers. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, plus 3+ years of experience in manufacturing operations or continuous improvement.
