About the Role:
- We are seeking a Research Data Scientist with a strong research orientation in Generative AI and LLMs to drive AI/ML initiatives.
- You will work within the AI/LLM Delivery Unit, collaborating with researchers, engineers, and domain experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute experiments to evaluate and improve AI/ML models, focusing on accuracy, robustness, and bias.
- Develop evaluation datasets, sampling methodologies, and annotation frameworks for training and validation.
- Analyze complex datasets, produce insights, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field from a premier institution.
- 4–7 years of hands-on research experience in AI/ML, NLP, Generative AI, or LLMs with a strong publication track record.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow, with experience in LLM evaluation and fine-tuning.
