Senior Software Engineer

The CaRe team is responsible for managing cases, referrals, and encounters, tracking the journey of a client receiving services. The Senior Software Engineer will play a critical role in designing and delivering scalable solutions that streamline case coordination and referral workflows. They will work closely with product, design, and cross-functional engineering teams to build high-impact features that drive meaningful outcomes for the communities we serve.

Responsibilities include collaborating with engineers, product managers, and designers to design, build, and enhance product features. Writing clean, maintainable, and testable code that scales with user needs and system growth is essential. Taking ownership of end-to-end software development cycles — from architecture and implementation to deployment and monitoring. Ensuring observability and reliability metrics. Providing technical mentorship and guidance to team members through code reviews and architectural discussions is needed.
