You’ll be joining a small, close-knit design team known for delivering creative strategies and outputs that strengthen the brand, deliver powerful messages, and drive business impact in a fast-moving industry. We continuously evolve the brand to remain one of the most trusted, recognized, and influential brands that people love. Responsibilities : Act as a strategic design lead, collaborating as a lead with cross-functional peers to generate ideas, content, and create effective design solutions. Independently lead and drive lead medium to large projects, including but not limited to social content, microsites, physical buildouts, brand identities, and presentations. Define and communicate creative strategy and direction, for self or other designers to create high-quality, compelling designs. Develop and maintain a visual language cohesive with the Uniswap brand. Drive design teams to become AI-native, integrating GenAI tools and technologies into workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and creativity. Sought out as a design mentor and expert within the company. Have a pulse on design, crypto, and marketing trends. Serve as a recognized design mentor and subject matter expert across the organization. Design with a focus on both brand and business outcomes. Solve ambiguous and complex design challenges apply design expertise to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.
