Job Description
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be an important contributor to enhancing developer effectiveness and productivity across the organization. You'll help us create a data-driven strategy to understand our developers' needs and pain points, building feedback loops to increase the use of our core platforms. Your work will also involve modernizing and standardizing our development and deployment patterns to expedite development and make it easier for engineers to be effective working across teams.
Develop infrastructure software, tools, and frameworks that improve developer productivity and efficiency. Deliver cross-cutting features. Partner with engineering teams to create and adopt platforms that provide a holistic view of developer workflows. Lead projects from design through implementation, balancing technical depth with practical delivery.
